Credit Card Brokerage Terms & Conditions

CGS agrees to refund the brokerage fee in the event that they are unable to provide the applicant with the details of a credit card for which their application will be accepted. The brokerage fee is payment for administration work carried out by CGS and it's representatives during the course of the service. It does not cover any charges associated with the credit card, which may exist. All credit card charges such as interest on monies borrowed, annual fees or application fees remain the responsibility of the client at all times.

By applying for this service the applicant is agreeing to comply with CGS and it's representatives in applying for any credit card, which they are recommended within a reasonable amount of time. Whilst CGS will endeavour to arrange a card with a credit limit matching the one specified by the applicant, it should be noted that credit limits are set by the credit card provider and therefore may vary.
